PEZZI KING SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old. The person accepting delivery will be required to show an ID proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Consignee is responsible for any reshipment charges for undeliverable packages. Please be sure that the address information you provide is accurate and that there will be someone there to receive the package. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. Orders are taxed (which may include a tax on the shipping charge) in accordance with state laws. Orders are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt, but may take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Weather conditions (heat or cold) may delay shipments until more favorable conditions exist. Contact us with any special requests or concerns regarding cold and hot weather in your area.
PEZZI KING RETURN POLICY
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer deems unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to (info@pezziking.com) to arrange for the return of the corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the office at (707) 473-4310 to discuss return options.
